Welp I don't eat alot of Fish, but the only fish I would eat was Flounder. Well let me just say, after hubby caught some really nice sized Croakers, he brought home and cleaned up and fried up, I was hesitate to eat them, but I did, and WOW, they were so flavorful and good.. Now I must say good size Croakers are awesome to eat!
